General Rules of Marmaras Agrotourism Accommodation

The following information will inform you about the operation of the agrotourism accommodation.

1. Arrival and Departure

Arrival is possible after 17:00. Departure time: 15:00. 

Please inform the host if you wish to extend your stay beyond the specified time. An extension may be given depending on availability.

Regarding the guest's failure to vacate the room at the end of the stay, management reserves the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room.

1. Wireless network and internet access (WiFi)

Free access to the Marmaras network is provided with the code “Marmar@s”

The visitor will be held responsible for the use of the internet.

1. Cost of accommodation

The cost of accommodation covers the use of the room and its equipment. Includes taxes and cleaning services before and after the stay period. Cleaning service is also available after the third night of continuous stay. (change of sheets and towels)

There is also a wifi zone with no password. 

The visitor will be held responsible for the use of the internet.

1. Accommodation costs Bill payment

Payment of the cost must be arranged on the first day of stay. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or credit card. Checks are not accepted.

1. Personal items

Guests are kindly requested to lock their room door upon departure. For the convenience of guests, the rooms have electronic safes for storing personal belongings. The code is provided after consultation with the administration.

The management is NOT responsible for any loss and/or damage to the customer's belongings including theft.

1. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

1. Smoking

Smoking is not allowed indoors

1. Damage to the rooms

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to room property caused by themselves or their guests. Damages should be covered by the occupants.

1. 10. Common indoor space 

The use of the common indoor space is governed by the following rules:

• the space is opened by the operator after all the studios have been booked with a reservation from 10:00-12:00 by a family, group or group and by prior arrangement.
• the space is used for educational, recreational purposes and as a meeting place for the clients of the agrotourism accommodation.
• smoking is prohibited inside the premises.
• the space is NOT used for food preparation or dining. The kitchens of the studios, which are fully equipped with the appropriate utensils, will be used for storing, preparing and eating food.
• please do not move the furniture.

MANAGEMENT reserves the right to add or change or modify ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES
